Recently my 95 yr old grandmother gave me her notebook of handwritten recipes. joy! Anyway, here’s the very first one. It isn’t named but I call it apple punch.

2 cups apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 cups ginger ale
1/2 cup sugar

Boil sugar and water (1/2 cup) before adding to juices. Chill.

yogurt cheese is amazing. Use plain whole fat yogurt and put it in a coffee filter and basket over a bowl to let the liquid drain out fro 24 hours. (covered, in the fridge) then mix in herbs de provence with a bit of dried lavender, let sit for a few hours. I’ll have to hunt up the roast beef recipe and post it.
